Alchemy Shop Overhaul

As mentioned in Potion Card Overhaul, I found many inconsistencies with the potions.
I also wanted to have all potion information in 1 place.
So I made this:
Loony's Alchemy Shop Overhaul PDF
NOTE: this include several customizations/standardizations that I think improves the whole system. Potions are grouped by usage.

If you want something closer to the official versions you can use this:
Alchemy Shop PDF
NOTE: I had to simplify some descriptions and guess at some pricing, but it should be close enough to Rules-As-Written. Rules lawyers should reference the official cards however. Potions are in alphabetical order.

Potion Card Overhaul

I found several issues with the various potion cards (Alchemy, Equipment, and Treasure).
I've done my best to correct them and you can download them (in ZIP format) here!

More Information:
I made it a point to ensure every card had the following:
  • Title at the top
  • Unique image
  • Italicized descriptive text
  • Descriptive instructive text re-using common phrasing
    • Using "lost body points" instead of "cannot exceed a hero's starting value"
    • Using numbers "1 Body Point" rather than spelling it out "one Body Point"
    • Use the clearest version when multiple versions exist
    • Use the non-class specific versions of text
  • A price (where appropriate)
As far as specific changes to the official versions:
  • Reprice things to make more sense:
    • Lesser Healing is 200 and heals 2 BP
    • Healing is 400 (was 500) and heals 4 BP (instead of 1D6)
    • Rejuvination is 500 and heals 1D6 (this was a duplicate of Healing)
    • Elder Wisdom is 300 (was 400) and restores 1 spell/skill
    • Recall is 300 (was 400) and restores 1 spell
    • Magic is 500 (was 400) and restores 3 spells
    • Restoration is 300 (is 300 in newer expansions, 500 in older ones)
  • A small seal in the lower-left corner indicating to which set the card belongs. This is to allow you to mix your decks and be able to un-mix them if you need to.
