I own the 36" x 29" Narrow Corridor Gripmat and it is amazing. The squares are slightly larger than the official gameboard (30mm) which gives players quite a bit more room to place things. The "Grippy" surface allows the doors and furniture to "stick" to the mat. It's hard to explain but it's a bit like velcro. The pieces can easily be removed and still occasionally get knocked over, but for the most part stay where they are supposed to! I really wanted to get the Wide Corridor version but I primarily play using the App and didn't think it would work as well for me.
